This recognition is the culmination of many far reaching SRS initiatives leading to the creation of a Black Empowerment Trust; extensive staff training and development programmes; the appointment of a black director and senior black management within the company; associations with black-owned businesses and involvement in local community projects and charities.

Part of our Mission Statement is to develop and maintain a culture of equality, personal development and team work amongst all our stakeholders – we will constantly strive to meet these aims.
