We are in fact “sales partners”, who provide the in-trade and in-store back-up to support our customers’ investment in Marketing and Advertising campaigns. Regular interaction with our Customers ensures that our focus remains dynamic, in a complex and ever changing market place.

Our customer base includes Amalgamated Appliances, Amplux (Philips Lighting), Grand Battery Technologies, Kenwood Home Appliances, Lasher Tools, Little Luxury, Marltons Pets & Products, Melbro Retail Services (Heneck Sacks), Pentel, Robert Bosch, Seagull Industries and Yale Security S.A.

The Chain Stores

The services which SRS offers are greatly facilitated by relationships at all levels within the chain store environment. These relationships, which we have established over many years, are constantly developing. This enables us to maintain and improve the status of our Customers in the trade and to grow together.

End Users

Whilst performing their primary functions, our sales and merchandising teams are trained to interact and sell our Customers’ products directly to the consumer. As in-store representatives, it is necessary that our staff members have a high level of product knowledge and with ongoing sales training, this has proved to be a vital element of our service. Along with our primary sales and merchandising functions, this activity ensures that our Customers’ products are given the best possible sales platform.
