17 March 2009 - Melbro Fun Time

Paul Rimell, SRS Franchisee for Kwazulu Natal and his team have been appointed by Melbro to represent the Pick n Pay "No name brand" products in Kwazulu Natal central and South Coast.

Doug Cresswell, SRS MD and Paul were invited to attend the Melbro National Sales Conference held in the Western Cape, which Paul described as "a very successful and informative weekend, with lots of networking opportunities."

 

5 March 2009 - Excellence is in the detail

At the SRS strategy meeting held recently in Johannesburg attended by management and SRS regional franchisees, the theme "EXCELLENCE IS IN THE DETAIL" was adopted as the overall business focus for the year.

"This message underpins my 2009 Teamwork and Goals statement," says SRS MD Doug Cresswell. "It is essential that in today's highly competitive and somewhat depressed trading environment, SRS customers and staff boost the positioning, visibility and availability of product in stores throughout South Africa."

Attention to detail at store level and other critical areas of business will be reinforced during training sessions, in-store visits and by an internal poster campaign.

10 February 2009 - SRS Natal - Performer of the year

Patrick Noka, SRS merchandiser based in Natal, presented for the second time, with the Performer of the Year award.

Paul Rimell, MD of SRS Kwa Zulu Natal, congratulated him and said "Patrick was chosen for his consistent good work, reliability and his preparedness to go the extra mile."
